Insurance and Payment Options

Full payment for all agreed-upon services is ultimately the patient’s responsibility, and arrangements for this payment must be made prior to any treatment. The patient should know how much he/she will owe prior to the service being provided. We will make every effort to give you a pre-treatment estimate.

In order to make payment plans convenient for our customers, we offer several options for payment.


We accept most all insurance. We will be happy to file a claim to your primary insurance carrier. We will do our best to estimate how much the insurance company will pay and will only ask you to pay the remaining part at the time of the treatment. It is your responsibility to provide us with the specifics of your policy so we can provide an estimate of your treatment plan. Any fees not covered by the insurance company for any reason will be your responsibility. If you have secondary insurance coverage, we will provide you with the information needed to file the claim. We will not accept payment from secondary carriers. Please feel free to call our office to make an appointment and ask any questions or voice any concerns you may have.

Payment Options:

We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks. We also offer Care Credit as an extended payment option.
